Robinson Crusoe is a novel written by Daniel Defoe that was first published in 1719. This novel describes the legendary experience of Robinson drifting on island, overcoming difficulties and his hard pioneering experience. He lived alone in a small island, so that he had to plant crops to feed himself and build log cabin to live in. He experienced various hardships and ultimately survived. But he still tried hard to come back to real world. After 28 years, he finally came back to England. This novel gives me some inspiration. It tells us that no matter how hard the situation is, we can’t give up and we must hold the view that we can do it.
This is a novel by the English author Daniel Defoe, published in 1719. It is one of the most popular adventure novels in all literature. It is the story of Bobinson Crusoe, an Englishman who is shipwrecked in a lonely tropical island. He builds himself a hut, grows his own food, and becomes self-sufficient. After 23 years he meets with a group of cannibals and rescues one of their prisoners, a young native whome he calls Friday.Crusoe and his“man”Friday become close friends, and when they are finally rescued four years later, both return to England.
Robinson Crusoe was partly based on the actual deeds of Alexander Selkirk, an 18th-century Scottish sailor who spent almost five years alone on a desert island. This novel is famous for its lovely details and its expression of belief in man’s ability when left alone in nature.
Impression Of Robinson Crusoe
This month I read the Robinson Crusoe by the English author Daniel Defoe .We know Robinson Crusoe is one of the world’s most popular adventure novels, and this novel is famous for its lovely details and its expression of belief in man’s ability when left alone in nature.
It is the story of Robinson Crusoe who was born in a wealthy family in the city of York, England , but he gave up the comfortable family life resolutely and prefer to take the adventure to realize his sailing dream .He stayed at an island lonely .He built himself a hut, grown his own food, and became self-sufficient for 23 years until he met with a group of cannibalizers and rescued one of their prisoners, a young native whom he called Friday. Then Crusoe and his “man” Friday became close friends. Crusoe struggled with the difficult and dangerous by himself, and he created a “new world” for himself at last.
We can learn something from Crusoe Robinson, such as brave to struggle, brave to act, dare to challenge, and have the courage to pursue, I think if we can do something like Crusoe Robinson, never retreat back when we face the difficult, but have this kind of confidence that we can solve any problem. And only in this way, I think, can we strong ourselves and creat a new life by our own hands.
1.I would like to completely disregard the parent, or even defy Fuming, totally did not listen to the mother and begged friends to dissuade. I am of this nature, it seems destined to the future of my unfortunate fate.
2.Unfilial my son, back on parents, not the bounden duty of God to punish me so soon, is fair and just.
3.Alas!In fear of making their decision how ridiculous ah! Any reason to provide them all the way to protect themselves, once the heart of fear got the upper hand, they do not know how to use them the way.
